Join us May 16 for an enjoyable family -style supper at Pine Grove Hall with Kacee and Chad Burke, the actual farmers that raised the food at the "centre of the table". The featured recipe created by Chef Tory showcases a delightful Skirt steak salad with local greens, shaved radishes, cheese from Centre Markets, and a grilled spring onion vinaigrette. The bounty of fresh delicate greens that May rains bring us, combine beautifully with the flavor of Twin B's grass-fed beef.

Oliver's Path September Supper Club Sep 27, 2023 At the first Centre of the Table supper club, the spotlight shone not only on the food but also on the dedicated farmers behind it, Andrew and Amanda Marshall of Oliver's Path, during the launch of the "Centre of the Table" local food initiative. The evening's menu, featuring a chilled poblano soup, sauerkraut and beef stuffed peppers, and delightful roasted carrots, all sourced from local ingredients, bid farewell to summer flavors. A highlight of the night was a 9-minute video debut, offering breathtaking drone views of Oliver's Path farm and insights into the challenges and triumphs of organic farming.
